Please download the registration form (via the download link), fill in all required details, save it as PDF file and send it by Email to office@synergy-forum.org. You will then receive an invoice and payment instructions. Participants from outside Europe may pay in cash (Euros only !) upon their arrival at the reception desk of the conference venue.
NEW: Single Day Registration
For those who are keen to participate, but cannot stay for the full conference programme we now offer a single day registration.
Single Day Registration Fees are 95,00 Euro (per day) for professionals and 30,00 Euro for students. Conference Dinner Tickets are 30,00 Euro and must be ordered in advance.
Single day registration can be done on the spot at the information desk of the Synergy Forum which will be open from 10 h (AM) on March 9 and from 9 h (AM) on March 10 or alternatively by Email to office@synergy-forum.org before February 28, 2018.
Kindly note that payments at the conference can only be made by cash in Euro.
Please bear with us that we can only consider your (regular) registration as definite after your payment has been received by bank transfer (for participants from European countries) or you have received our approval for a cash payment (for participants from outside Europe). Failure to pay the registration fee will result in non-admittance to the Synergy Forum 2018 (sorry for being strict on this issue, but we can only keep the registration fee at a very moderate level if all participants contribute their fair share).

Travel Information
The conference venue Bonn is well connected with the airports of Frankfurt or Cologne-Bonn.
There are good and frequent connections by public transport from both airports to Bonn central station.
From Frankfurt Airport the travel time is approximately 1:30 hour (by ICE train via Siegburg-Bonn) if you wish to travel fast. Take the ICE (InterCity Express) from Frankfurt Airport to Siegburg/Bonn and from there the Tram No. 66 to Bonn central station (Hbf).
If you have a bit more time (between 2 and 2:30 hours) and the weather is fine, you may travel from Frankfurt Airport via Frankfurt central station to Bonn via Mainz and Koblenz by regional trains and enjoy great views of the river Rhine (take a window seat on the right side in the direction of travel).
From Cologne/Bonn Airport the most convenient way to get to Bonn is by Airport Express Bus CB60 which leaves every 30 minutes on weekdays and Saturdays and every 60 minutes on Sundays and holidays near the S-Station (= tram and railway station) close to Terminal 1. The travel time to Bonn central station is ca. 30 minutes.
From Düsseldorf Airport there are frequent trains (approx. every 20 minutes) to Bonn central station. You can either go by Regional Express (RE) trains which offer you a direct connection (travel time ca. 1:20 hour) or by InterCity (IC) where you need to change trains at Düsseldorf Central Station (travel time ca. 1 hour).
